Beatles' "Day in the Life" video remastered

Newly released + restored version of Beatles "Day in the Life" released in advance of forthcoming Beatles 1+ that, according to Premier Guitar magazine:

... the Beatles 1 reissue—a collection of their biggest hits from 1962’s “Love Me Do” through 1970’s “The Long and Winding Road”—will add videos to go along with the existing track listing. All of the videos have been restored, and many of them are seeing official release for the first time. The audio tracks have also been remastered, with new stereo mixes alongside mixes in 5.1 Dolby Digital and DTS HD surround audio. For true fans and completists, the set is also being further expanded with a deluxe package, titled The Beatles 1+.

Ringo Starr notes in a press release for the set that Lennon‘s closing masterpiece required a great deal of focus.

"If you listen to my playing, I try to become an instrument; play the mood of the song,” he said. “For example, ‘Four thousand holes in Blackburn, Lancashire’—boom ba bom. I try to show that; the disenchanting mood. The drum fills are part of it.”

The Beatles 1+ is to be released on November 6 but preorders are available.
