Transcendence (Playlist #106)

lit by lightness by gbmediadesign

As I played and listened to the music of this week’s radio broadcast I was struck by just how many tracks seemed to touch on, or inspire a feeling of transcendence. Perhaps a musical reflection of my own mood these days…could very well be. Though, to be fair, I have always appreciated creative work—music, art, film, and more— that pulls me out of and beyond myself. Taps into something larger, universal, perhaps, or at the least, something deeper. A number of tracks this week did just that and it was a terrific joy to experience it. Checkout this week’s playlist, give it a listen, and decide which tracks , if any, gently move and/or inspire you in a similar way. Feel free to let me know which ones by dropping me a note. Feedback from listeners is alway welcome!

Don't forget that you can listen to all of the music from the last episode, “Temporal Elasticity” (click here). This week's artwork, “lit by lightness” is by yours truly.

Thanks for listening!
